Registration

This site is set up for Northland Regional Council water meter consent holders. you have a water meter consent and you have not yet registered for this site you can do so by filling out the registration form. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a call from us within five business days. We need to talk to you to verify your details and the consents you have access to.

Your Account

When your user account has been activated you'll receive a notification email. You can now sign in to the system on the Water Metering Home page or on this page on the right where you see the heading Sign In. In the first form field enter the username you selected when you registered. In the second field enter your password. Passwords are case sensitive. Once you click the Login button you will be redirected to the secure area of the site which has information about your consents, and is where you can enter your meter readings.

If you have forgotten your username or password you can go to the Account Information Reminder page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your username and password. If you are still having problems logging in, you can Contact Us.
